About Me

I am a dedicated and driven undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of Maryland, College Park, with an expected graduation in May 2026. As a Dean's List student with a 3.94 GPA, I am passionate about scientific research and solving complex biological problems.

Currently, I am an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Jinwoo Lee Lab, investigating the Junín Virus glycoprotein complex to understand its role in viral entry. My technical skills include Python and R for bioinformatics, as well as genomic analysis tools like BLAST and Glimmer. This academic work is complemented by hands-on clinical experience from volunteering at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center.

I am committed to hands-on experience in clinical and academic environments. I have a strong foundation in biological sciences and a passion for research and healthcare.
